The service has an informal style with a variety of contemporary choruses and classic hymns. Experience biblical preaching and teaching verse-by-verse.
At Westlakes Independent Baptist Church, you can find convenient parking options. We have parking available beside the church building, as well as ample parking located behind the church. Feel free to use either area when visiting us!
We truly love kids and strive to provide a Godly and nurturing environment for them. We offer a vibrant creche and our engaging “Kids for Jesus” Sunday School, where children can enjoy singing, scripture memory, and captivating Bible stories. For kids in school years 1 and above, we meet on Fridays at 5-7 PM for an exciting time filled with fun games, prayer, and meaningful learning about the Bible.
We have created a fun and safe environment for them by implementing our kids’ check-in and check-out system. Rest assured, we adhere to strict child safety measures to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all children. We can’t wait to see your kids join us for the fun!
When you arrive at Westlakes Independent Baptist Church, our friendly greeters will warmly welcome you and assist you and your family in preparing for our worship service. We encourage you to complete our “Plan a Visit” to make your experience even smoother.
Our service begins at 10 AM. We start with worship music, followed by announcements and a chance for everyone to meet and greet one another. During the service, children up to Year 6 will be invited to participate in “Kids for Jesus” Sunday School, allowing parents to focus on the sermon.
The sermon, which typically lasts about 40 minutes, is a central part of our service, offering meaningful insights and teachings from the Bible. We aim to conclude our worship service by 11:15 AM. After the service, we invite you to join us for a time of coffee and fellowship, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with others in our church family. We look forward to sharing this special time with you!
Our dress code is casual and comfortable. We encourage attire that is respectful and modest.
To become a member of the Westlakes Independent Baptist Church, start by attending regularly the Sunday Church service, connect with the Pastor and go in a discipleship journey to learn about our mission and values. The Pastor and the Church members will review your interest of membership. Once approved, you will be officially welcomed as a member during a Sunday service.
You can get involved in serving at Westlakes Independent Baptist Church by filling out a Connect Serving Card to express your interests, or you can simply talk to the Pastor about your desire to serve and explore available opportunities. We welcome your passion and are excited to help you find a way to contribute to our church family!
